Xavier is an experienced corporate insurance broker with over a decade in the industry, specialising in retail and international insurance programs.

He began his career as a graduate broker with Willis Towers Watson, where he progressed through various client-facing roles, gaining a strong foundation in complex risk management and global program coordination.

Since joining Edgewise Insurance Brokers in 2018, Xavier has advanced from Account Manager to Account Director, now overseeing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. His approach is defined by responsiveness, technical precision, and a commitment to delivering tailored solutions that support business continuity and growth.
